Orbital at the Albert Hall, Manchester

Straight off the back of their phenomenal new album Optical Delusion, electronic dance duo Orbital turned Manchester's Albert Hall into the centre of the night's action.

The brothers delivered a night of atmosphere and electronic ambience, complimented by images projected behind the decks, and an exquisite lighting show that saw the entire venue transfixed by both the sonic and visual performance unfolding before them. A highlight of the night was the performance of Optical Delusion single "Dirty Rat" featuring post-punk duo Sleaford Mods, who were projected onto the screen behind. Originally forming Orbital in 1989, the duo have built a loyal following, who continue to be taken in by their ever evolving but familiar sound, as well as impressing new fans, and selling out venues to lucky viewers who are guaranteed an amazing and memorable night.
